Our policies are designed to ensure fairness, professionalism, and a smooth appointment for both you and our team. Please take a moment to review the following before booking: 🤍 Courtesy & Conduct We kindly ask all clients to arrive with positive energy, respect, and courtesy. Our space is calm and professional. Any disrespectful behavior, negative attitudes, or disruptive conduct may result in the appointment being ended early without a refund. 📌 Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit. • Deposits are applied toward your total service balance. 💰 Payments • All remaining balances are due upon arrival at your appointment. • Services will begin once payment is received in full. • Accepted payments include Zelle, Apple Pay, Afterpay (when available), and approved booking methods. 💇🏽‍♀️ Hair Extensions • Hair bundles may be purchased directly through The Polished Effect for your service. • Hair must be paid in full prior to ordering and is final sale once placed. • Outside hair must be new, unused, and approved in advance. ⏰ Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time to ensure your full service experience. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • Late arrivals may result in a late fee or cancellation if service time is impacted. 🚫 Cancellations & No-Shows • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. • Deposits are non-refundable. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking availability. 📦 Shipping (Hair Orders) • Shipping fees are non-refundable. • Once hair has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. ✨ Thank you for choosing The Polished Effect.
